Unisphere started exporting cenosphere from the year 2012, supporting by two large cenosphere plants, which engaged in the recycling, processing and supplying qualitied cenosphere since 1988. Based on the good experience and stability, we enlarge our market from domestic CNOOC, to all over the world.
Basically, we sourcing raw cenosphere from China major thermal power plants, located in Huainan and Northeast district. From here, thousands tons of low density, high aluminum with good color raw cenosphere are produced. Our plants established good relationship with these power plants, and keep supplying qualitied raw cenosphere for us.
Application
Cenospheres are hollow ceramic microspheres found in fly ash, a natural by-product of coal combustion from thermal power plant.
Color range from grey to white.
Automotive
Applications are wind deflectors, under bonnet parts, body shaping parts, bumpers, sunroof frames, brake pads, sealants, body fillers and putties.
Construction
Low shrinkage, low slump, stress-free sanding and ease of use due to its light weight, low density, all properties that are beneficial factors that cenospheres bring.
Paiting & Coating
Cenosphere can act as a heat loss barrier and an erosion barrier corrosion resistant coating in coatings and paints fields, paint technology has taken cenospheres to its heart as they can produce an attractive finish.
